Question 1

Can I learn at my own pace?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Work through the automotive lessons at a pace that fits your schedule, taking time with each explanation and activity before moving on.

Question 2

Do I need an account, and will my progress be saved?

Accepted Answer

You need to sign in to view lesson explanations, complete activities, and receive feedback. When you are signed in, completed lessons, diagnostics activities, and assessment scores are saved to your account, so you can pick up again from your dashboard.

Question 3

Do online lessons replace hands-on training or licensing?

Accepted Answer

No. These lessons are educational, do not qualify you to diagnose or perform vehicle repairs, and do not replace supervised hands-on training. Supervised experience and local licensing or certification requirements may still apply. Refrigerant-handling requirements also depend on the work and your location. Check your local requirements and follow guidance from a qualified service professional.
